Code Graphi Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Code Graphi, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we will provide a refund for fees paid for our services.

By using Code Graphi's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees for Code Graphi services are refundable under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • You have not processed more than 500 in transactions through our platform
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is made through our official support channels

After 14 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may make exceptions in cases of:

  • Technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time frame
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Extraordinary circumstances at our discretion

3. Transaction Fees

Transaction fees (processing fees charged per transaction) are generally non-refundable. This includes:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Cross-border transaction fees
  • Instant transfer fees

In cases where a transaction is refunded to your customer, the transaction fee will not be refunded to you unless required by applicable law.

4. Refund Process

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge from Code Graphi with your financial institution, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend your account
  • Charge a 25 dispute fee to cover administrative costs
  • Provide necessary documentation to your financial institution to resolve the dispute

We encourage you to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

6. Special Circumstances

In certain situations, we may provide refunds outside our standard policy:

  • Service outages: If Code Graphi experiences significant downtime that affects your ability to use our services, we may provide partial refunds or service credits.
  • Billing errors: If we make an error in billing, we will refund the erroneous amount.
  • Fraudulent activity: If unauthorized charges appear on your account, we will refund those charges once fraud is verified.

7. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your Code Graphi subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refund will be provided for partial months of service
